PROJECT OVERVIEW
Nexus HQ is the India headquarters of a fast-growing technology company. The brief was ambitious: create a workplace that attracts talent, communicates confidence, and runs with engineering precision. We delivered open-plan collaboration zones, 14 acoustic focus pods, two executive boardrooms with automated AV, and a full MEP infrastructure built for a 300-person team.

DESIGN NOTES
The entire electrical and data infrastructure was over-specified by 40%. That margin is what lets a company grow without a single day of infrastructure downtime. It's the kind of engineering decision that isn't visible — until the company doubles in size.
