PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Meridian Office was designed for a financial services firm that had observed a direct correlation between their previous sterile workspace and high staff attrition. Our brief: make people want to come to work. The solution was a biophilic design strategy — living walls, natural stone, timber finishes, and zonal lighting calibrated to circadian rhythms. Staff retention improved by 34% in the first year post-handover.

DESIGN NOTES
The lighting system at The Meridian was programmed to shift colour temperature from 5500K in the morning to 2700K by late afternoon. It's not a feature — it's infrastructure, designed to align the building's rhythm with the human one.
