PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Onyx Residence is our most technically complex residential project to date. With five bedrooms, a home theatre, a gym, and a rooftop infinity pool, the MEP coordination required six weeks of dedicated engineering before any interior work began. The aesthetic: deep charcoal, aged brass, and textured concrete — materials that age better than they look on day one.

DESIGN NOTES
The MEP design for Onyx Residence was completed, reviewed, and approved before any interior fixtures were specified. That sequencing is what allows us to guarantee zero visible infrastructure — because the infrastructure was designed first.
